Campaign for 2008
Thank you for visiting my web site. I am back in the fray getting my campaign geared up for November 2008! We have an open seat this time around, and many of the issues I talked about in 2006 are still important issues to Missourians today.
The republicans are in control of all branches of Missouri state government. If a St. Louis billionaire has his way, they will stay in control. Rex Siquefield has found a way around Missouri laws to limit campaign contributions of $325 to candidates for state representative. PAC man Rex has created 100 different PAC's so he can contribute 100 times the legal limit of $325. My republican opponent is another retired teacher from a NAPE group here in Missouri. She will vote the republican agenda such as vouchers for private schools. Public education will be under attack and so will the interests of working men and women.
